Today is a day I think for posting even more random (cosmic?) stuff than usual on my blog! So continuing the theme, here's something which got sent to me at Lochbroom FM when I was up in the highlands...

Johnny Sands - Blue Diamond Encounter

...in which Johnny tells the true story of his experience with aliens in the Nevada desert, in Country form (how else could you tell such a story?)... here's what he said back in the summer when I got in touch with him:

As you can see I received your email. I don't think you know it, but this was based on an actual encounter that happened to me just outside Las Vegas, Nevada. After polygraph tests, voice analysis, & w/truth serum used in the final interview it was determined by all investigators that I had told the complete truth. I only say this to give you inside look of the history on the story in the song.

what a legend! I made a vow to myself at the time to always begin replies to emails with 'As you can see I received your email' but I totally forgot. Maybe it's time now...
